The ugly lumps you see on the ‘before’ photo were determined to be non-structural and were cut off. The removal of the lumps allowed the roofing material to cover each face seamlessly, which is a far better outcome in terms of water-tightness. This project was completed in collaboration with the client’s builder, who made structural changes that we tied into. Coldrick Roofing also supplied and installed a new 125 box guttering and spouting system.
